Everything you love about spinning at SPIRE in one ride. endless creative moves choreographed to heart-pounding music, this ride is packed with everything from power pushes to speed challenges, heavy hills, and endurance efforts.

Ride+ (45 minutes)

Level up your ride with hand-weight intervals to strengthen and tone your entire body in RIDE+. from arms and shoulders to core and legs.

SPLIT60 (60 minutes)

You get the best of both worlds with this combination class. 30 minutes of RIDE followed by 30 minutes of Strength + Conditioning.

TRX Conditioning (45 minutes)

Uses the TRX suspension trainer as the springboard for high-intensity intervals designed to improve work capacity, athletic performance, cardiovascular health, and physical endurance.

TRX Strength (45 Minutes)

Combines the TRX suspension trainer with dumbbells to develop full-body strength in ways that are intentionally functional in everyday life.

Crew Strength (45 minutes)

Provides a balance between strength-based exercises designed to improve functional fitness patterns, and quicker-paced rowing work to keep your heart rate up.
