Ride+

“Just add weights”

Level up your ride with hand-weight intervals to strengthen and tone your entire body in RIDE+. This 45-minute ride leaves nothing untouched: from arms and shoulders to core and legs. Challenge yourself with SPIRE’s uniquely inspiring full-body RIDE+!

SPLIT60

You get the best of both worlds with this combination class. 30 minutes of RIDE followed by 30 minutes of Strength + Conditioning.

 

 
 
 

TRX Conditioning

This 45-minute workout uses the TRX suspension trainer as the springboard for a series of high-intensity intervals designed to improve work capacity, athletic performance, cardiovascular health, and physical endurance.

TRX Strength

This 45-minute workout uses the TRX suspension trainer and dumbbells together to develop full-body strength in ways that are intentionally functional in everyday life.

Crew Strength

This 45-minute workout provides a balance between strength-based exercises designed to improve functional fitness patterns, and quicker-paced rowing work to keep your heart rate up.
